WHY WOULD YOU RACE THIS HORSE?
The name of this stallion’s game is early speed with an impressive 13.6% 2-year-old stakes horses to runners. This should come as no surprise with Capitalist himself being a Golden Slipper winner and champion 2-year-old. Some of his most successful progeny include G1 Champagne Stakes winning 2-year-old and now sire Captivant amongst 48 other black type horses to date. This colt has all the qualities to continue this success.
Physically, he is all speed – he has an incredibly strong hip and overall build while also having a powerful walk. He has a great balance to him with a very strong shoulder and girth as well. If you’re looking to get to the races soon, this is the colt for you.
This colt is out of the four-time Group-placed Foxwedge mare, Dyslexic, who herself was remarkably sharp on the racetrack. As a broodmare sire, Foxwedge is still early in his career and has already been responsible for 10 stakes horses in the Southern Hemisphere. If that’s not enough, on his page you’ll also find Trusting, who was Group 1 placed in the Golden Rose, Epsom Handicap and George Main Stakes.
