WHY WOULD YOU RACE THIS HORSE?

This is a colt that stands up to scrutiny – on paper and in the flesh.

It’s not often that pedigree, physique and suitability for Australian Racing align this cleanly for a Justify colt, but this one does. He has the quality and athleticism you would expect from this sire, paired with a physique that gives real confidence in his ability to perform here. He’s the sort of colt that allows you to think beyond the early 2YO promise and toward genuine Group-level potential.

Lot 302 is a full brother to Group 3 winner Just Feelin’ Lucky. The dam has already proven she can produce talent, and importantly, this colt brings the strength and presence that enhance his chances of translating that performance onto the track.

He’s an attractive colt with a good head and an efficient, fluent action. With his breeding, he has the scope to be a sharp 2YO, but his strength suggests he will continue to improve and come into his own as a 3YO.

Justify has been exceptional in Australia from limited numbers. His first two crops have produced elite 2YOs Storm Boy and Learning To Fly, both Group 1 performers, along with a further 20 stakes horses. His strike rates speak for themselves: 5.9% stakes winners and 4.8% Group winners, placing him alongside Australia’s leading sires including I Am Invincible (5.4% Group winners), Zoustar (5.1%) and Written Tycoon (4.1%).

This is a quality colt with the pedigree, physique and upside to Justify serious consideration.
