Lot 330 is a striking filly by Ole Kirk, sire of our own O’ Ole, the Magic Millions 2YO Classic winner and the highest-earning progeny of Ole Kirk, with $1.9 million in career earnings.

Ole Kirk has quickly risen to the forefront of Australia’s young sires, leading the charge for first-season sires in all key categories: winners, stakes winners, and earnings. With four stakes winners already to his name, Ole Kirk’s first crop includes O’ Ole (Magic Millions 2YO Classic winner), King Kirk (Breeders’ Plate winner), and Legacy Bound (an unbeaten stakes winner) this season. Notably, his tally of four stakes winners this season far outstrips any other first-season sire including Farnan (three stakes winners).

This filly represents the same high standard we’ve seen in O’ Ole. She is a strong, well-balanced individual with a lovely walk, showing great scope and strength for her age. Her forward attitude, temperament, and solid physicality all suggest she has the potential to follow in the footsteps of her sire and stablemate, O’ Ole.

Pedigree-wise, she’s out of the Group 3-placed mare Charity Spirit, and her pedigree is further enhanced by her close relation to early types like Doubting (G3 Blue Diamond Prelude winner) and Special Edition (G1 Sires' Produce runner-up).

Importantly, fillies by Ole Kirk have commanded impressive prices at auction, averaging over $350,000 at Inglis Easter. We were able to secure this filly at the weanling sales for $275,000, which represents excellent value for a well-credentialed daughter of Ole Kirk.

The Magic Millions National Weanling Sale has produced some of Australia’s most successful racehorses. Champions like Pierro and Zoustar both came through this sale, going on to elite Group 1 success and shaping the modern stallion landscape. More recently, it has been the launchpad for top-level performers like Stay Inside (G1 Golden Slipper), Tropical Squall (G1 Flight Stakes), Pinstriped (G1 Memsie Stakes), Veight (G1 George Ryder Stakes), Autumn Glow (dual Group winner), and King Kirk (Breeders’ Plate) by Ole Kirk.
