Lot 331 is by outstanding New Zealand stallion Proisir, whose daughters are emerging as black-type performers at a remarkable 15%. His fillies are not merely winning races; they are returning value beyond the track, and this filly also has the physique to profile as a valuable future broodmare.

She is a filly with genuine quality: a lovely deep girth - a trait we consistently prioritise - combined with a strong, powerful hindquarter. Having stood out during Jim’s pre-sale due diligence, she reinforced that impression immediately when viewed by the whole team on the complex.

A defining strength of Proisir is his ability to produce high-class performers from mares across the quality spectrum. That appeal is further enhanced here by this filly being out of Calypso Blue, a winning Dubawi mare and half-sister to a Group 2 performer.

Dubawi’s influence needs little introduction. Beyond his dominance in the Northern Hemisphere, he has proven a highly effective broodmare sire in Australia, responsible for Group 1 winners Militarize and Zardozi, and delivering stakes performers at an impressive 10% strike rate.

This filly has all the makings of a high-quality racehorse, with the scope to develop into a genuine three-year-old prospect capable of targeting Guineas and Classic races in the seasons ahead.
