WHY WOULD YOU RACE THIS HORSE?
At the GOFFS London Sale, we were able to negotiate a deal to secure the lightly-raced and highly-progressive Group 3 winning filly QUEUES LIKELY. Her race record and Timeform ratings stack up very well against my other European success stories including Arapaho and Harpo Marx.
Her bold, front running racing style and the ability to run a strong mile in Europe makes her the ideal candidate to target a suite of Aussie riches in the upcoming Spring carnival and beyond.
She is scheduled to arrive in my Sydney stable in August and will arrive in very good form. After taking out a Group 3 contest over 1,600m at Cologne at her penultimate start, Queues Likely ran a very brave second in the Group 2 German 1,000 Guineas in late May. She is a daughter of Massaat who is by Teofilo, the same sire as my recent Brisbane Cup winner Alegron, so I have a strong affinity with the breed!
I will be aiming to add to her stakes record over the next few racing seasons but she is a filly that will hold her value very well as a broodmare of the future.
