STREET BOSS X ORIZABA filly
Purchased from Two Bays Farm
$340,000 with Clarke Bloodstock (FBAA)
at the 2026 Inglis Premier Yearling Sale
WHY WOULD YOU RACE THIS HORSE?
By the same sire as our Group 1 winner Pericles, this Street Boss filly was never going to slip past us unnoticed.
Lot 246 is a beautifully balanced, medium-sized filly with plenty of quality, and every inspection only reinforced our confidence in her. Her temperament is flawless, she handles herself professionally, and she has that easy way of moving that suggests she'll fit into our systems smoothly.
She has the attributes to be sharp enough as a two-year-old, but like so many of the better horses by Street Boss, she profiles as a filly who will really come into her own at three. Adding further depth, she’s closely related to the Group 1-winning mare Lady Laguna, underlining the strength of the family she comes from.
Street Boss needs little introduction in our operation. Beyond Pericles, he continues to produce high-class performers year after year, which is why leading global powerhouse Godolphin remains such a strong supporter of their proven stallion. It's certainly paying off for them too with the up-and-coming star 3yo's Tentyris and Tempted taking all before them. Street Boss now has a remarkable 88 stakes winners, including 34 at Group level.
On the dam side, More Than Ready has firmly established himself as an elite broodmare sire, responsible for 212 stakes winners and 96 Group winners, including Group 1 winners Bivouac, Forbidden Love, Rebel Dane, Coolangatta and Shinzo.
This is a filly with balance, temperament, pedigree power and a profile that gives her every opportunity to develop into a high-class three-year-old.
